European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) – Mediation Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution

The EUIPO Mediation Centre will offer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services to all businesses interested in finding alternative options to court litigation.

The Mediation Centre’s services are open to all parties involved in proceedings before the EUIPO at second instance. They are multilingual, free of charge and can be offered both online and in person.
